EFQM lanzará en 2013 una nueva versión del Modelo de Excelencia

You may recall that when we launched the Model 2010, we promised to review it on a three year cycle, to ensure it continues to reflect the reality of the world we work in. Since then, we have been following a structured process to gain feedback from as many stakeholders as possible. Based on this, and incorporating the experiences gathered over 1600 assessments against the Model 2010, we have decided to refine the Excellence Model and define a 2013 version.
